The ALICE (All Inclusive Care for Older People) project workshops: June 13 & 14!

Have your say:

On June 13 and 14, the CCRI will be hosting two workshops for the ALICE project. The CCRI, along with the University of Newcastle, CCLHD, the Public Health Network, and the Department of Regional NSW will be working with local communities to create local models of services and community connections that allow older people and their carers to receive support and best-practice care in the community and at home.
The two workshops will be held at
Diggers@The Entrance,
315 The Entrance Road, Long Jetty
on 13 and 14 June, 10am to 2.30pm with lunch & refreshments provided.
