Motor neurone disease (MND) is a terminal, progressive neurological condition that currently has no cure. This study aims to explore whether access to a specialised multidisciplinary clinic for people living with MND, already set up on the Central Coast, can improve quality of life and health outcomes throughout the disease progression.
