CCRI Palliative Care project a finalist for the Caring for the Coast Awards!

On the 19 June 2023, it was announced that CCRI’s “Capacity building in research for palliative care staff to enable a better end-of-life experience for the Central Coast community” is one of three finalists in Central Coast Local Health District’s Caring for the Coast Awards!

CCLHD Chief Executive Scott McLachlan confirmed that the quality of submissions was impressive and set a challenge for the judges and that everyone who received a nomination should be extremely proud.

Winners will be announced at a gala dinner held later this year – watch this space!
