With over 50 people attending, the event heard from leading food specialists and scientists including: Dr Emma Becket – Nutrition Research Australia, University of Newcastle; Alex Bow, Central Coast Food Alliance; Justine Gowland-Ella, Health Promotion, Central Coast LHD; Professor David Cameron-Smith, Professor of Food Innovation, University of Newcastle, and Cameron Davidson from Sanitarium Health Food Company.
