CCRI receives $148,958 in funding to support the CRE on Health and Social Care Integration (CREHSCI)

Led by the University of Sydney, the CREHSCI initiative seeks to improve the health of vulnerable people in the community and to advance the translation of health, economic and social systems research into policy and practice.

As a partner in the research, the CCRI has been funded to support the development of the International Foundation for Integrated Care’s Australian collaborative hub. Specifically, the CCRI will support the development and growth of IFIC Australia, support knowledge generation and dissemination, develop educational programs, and run conference and event programs.
